Settlement of Claims includes the following conditions in the case of normal use:
Hollow Crown Features: Tread rubber of crown and the buffer layer are completely apart, bulged or separated, having smooth surface at the separated layer and no scratch on tread.
Disconnection Features: Horizontal rubber at crown and rubber are separated, with certain slope existing.
Tread Rubber Layering Features: Shedding of crown tread layer by layer, having rubber foam or rubber foam blocks.
Empty Shoulder Features: Separation between shoulder rubber and other rubber, or rubber and cord, but no obvious bulge, having smooth surface without tearing at the separated part.
Shoulder Bubble Features: Separation between shoulder rubber and rubber at other part, or rubber and cord, but no sharp bulges.
Hollow Lateral Features: Separation and bulge of lateral rubber and cord layer, smooth surface accompanying.
Pierced Steel Wire Features: Piercing of single or more steel wires at tire tread.
Burst Toe Features: Disconnected toe cord, separation of steel wire wrapped fabric from triangle rubber, bared steel wire of partial tire bead, carbonized toe cord.
Others problems aroused from production make tyre unfeasible in use.

Settlement of Claims excludes the following terms and conditions
Once tyre appears the following conditions due to misuse, we have no responsibility to settle claims.
Worn Crown Features: Heavy wear in the middle of crown. Causes: Overlarge pressure in use of tyre lets middle part of tread crown bulged, as a result, the area of tyre contacting with the ground is reduced, the load in unit area is increased, so the middle part of tread crown is worn badly.
2.Deformed Wear Features: Wavy or zigzag wear at crown. Causes: Parts of vehicle get loose and the front axle and rear axle are unparallel, so that the wheels are out of balance, small rim diameter or use in trailer both can cause deformed wear on pattern.
3.Pierced Crown Features: When the tread crown is pierced by sharp objects, it may cause partial cords of tread to get loose or separated, or tyre blowout worse. Causes: Tread crown is pierced by sharp objects when vehicle is driving on a bad road or muddy road.
Scratched Crown Features: Periphery of crown is broken totally. Causes: Tyre slips and the tread rubber is scratched open neatly when the vehicle driving on a muddy road.
