 ( a ) pressure

 The tires should be in accordance with the provisions of the standard inflatable, air pressure is too high or too low will cause premature damage of tires.

 Pressure is too low, produce the following effects:

 In1, the tire carcass deformation increased under low pressure, tire rise heat increased, easy to cause the tyre delamination, cord, broken toe blasting.

 2, because the tire or the heat high, accelerate the damage of the tube.

 ( two) load

 Overload on the tire will produce effect:

 In 2, the tread crack.

 3, overload causes deformation of casing increases, easy to cause the broken line and the toe opening of blasting.

 4, tire exceeds the standard load when in use, will cause the deformation of the tire carcass parts expand, temperature rise, reducing the service life of the tire. Overload10%, the service life of the tire will be reduced about 20%; overload will increase rolling resistance, overload30%, tire rolling resistance will increase about 45-60%.

 ( three) running speed

 1, all kinds of tires have different speed limits, speeding will cause premature damage of tires.

 In 2, the road is not good, high speed road obstacle is susceptible to impact damage.

 In 3, high speed tire heat quickly, causing the tire performance decline.

 In 4, level high, large load tire is running in high speed.

 Two, tire assembly matters needing attention

 1, tire assembly in the vehicle and must meet the standards on the rim, the same vehicle assembly the same brand, specifications, structure, pattern and level of tire. Radial tire and bias tire is not the same car.

 In 2, the tire must according to the standard charge, pressure is too high or too low will damage the tire. Should be regularly checked and added pressure, to conform to the specified value. The tyre after heating, pressure increases, should stop cooling, not bleeding.

 3, tire load shall not exceed the standard load, the loading of the goods should avoid causing the unbalanced load.

 In 4, when the tyre is mounted and should check the rims conform to standards, shall not use the damage or deformation of the rim, tubeless rim also check valve tightness. New tyre without inner tube, preferably simultaneously change the new valve.

 In three, the correct use of tire

 1, air: should according to the standard, serious overload pressure should be increased properly.
